End-User License Agreement
Stripe Clearing Sync · Effective September 25, 2026
This agreement is between you and ScaleSpark, Inc. (“we”, “us”) and covers your use of Stripe Clearing Sync (“the App”). By signing in, you agree to it.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for bookkeeping of the QuickBooks company connected to it. The App is available only to people authorized to use that company.
2. Your responsibilities
- Review each deposit before posting it. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries you post to QuickBooks.
- Keep your Intuit sign-in secure. Do not share it or let unauthorized people use the App.
- Do not use the App to access data you are not authorized to access, or try to interfere with its operation.
3. Third-party services
The App connects to QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
4. Not professional advice
The App automates bookkeeping entries. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time. You may stop using the App at any time. A QuickBooks admin can disconnect it from QuickBooks. Sections 4–8 survive termination.
8. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we change it, we will update the effective date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
